As per the European Directive on Distance Selling, custom made goods (e.g. personalised products or products made on customers specific request to a non standard size/colour) made according to custom specifications may not be returned unless Engaged Apparel has incorrectly processed the item(s). In the unlikely event of incorrectly processed goods, the product(s) will be replaced.
